Plot area: 12 Dunam (roughly 3 acres)
Structure is Square/Rectangular, with its side being adjacent to the highway at 136 meters in length.
The plot has an approved urbanization program (PUZ or Plan Urbanistic Zonal) allowing for a variety of uses: commercial, industrial, hotels and gas stations. The project's strategic location - along routes to Bucharest accessible by cars and train - allows efficient utilization of each of the potential uses.
Construction of a gas station adjacent to the highway and the entrance to Bucharest, as well construction of commercial and storage centers near the train station - are just some of the utilization options of the project.
Fundulea
The town of Fundulea and its surrounding lakes region mark, in recent years, the next promise of a real estate investment in the area of Bucharest. Suburban development and the subsequent migration of much of Bucharest's affluent population to those suburbs have raised the value of real estate in the Bucharest-Fundulea areas.
Around Fundulea there are many entrepreneurial initiatives developing in the fields of industry and trade, and the strategic location on the crossroads between the Port City and the Capital has led many investors to establish factories in the area.
Likewise the surrounding lakes region is a tourist magnet as well as being desired by the affluent - quality of life - seeking population of Bucharest.
