Aviv Project is located on route DN7 one kilometer from the entrance to the Renault factory in the direction of Bucharest.

The plot is 5.5 hectares (55 Dunam or 13.58 acres) opening 50 sq/meters to the road. The area is a buildable town or village plot and has an approved urbanization program (PUZ or Plan Urbanistic Zonal). The PUZ program allows for construction of 36 two-family-attached residential units as well as two commercial/industrial buildings adjacent to the road.
