La Colline Francaise (EYAL) Project
50 hectares intravillian located on road DN71 plant in Cuza Voda village. Provides a solution for Renault employees needs.
This project is located at Cuza Voda. Cuza Voda is a small picturesque village located on Route 71DN, which connects the capital city of Bucharest with the Targoviste and continues, climbing, in to the Carpathian Mountains and the vacation, tourist and ski areas around the towns of Sinaia and Brasov.

The village is about 45 kilometers from the center of Bucharest and 25 kilometers from Targoviste. About 10 kilometers south of the village is the city of Titu, with some 11,000 inhabitants and project of Renault Global Design Center (RGDC)".
The plan concept is designed to create an urban and cultured community in the rural Cuza Voda area near the town of Titu, and provides a solution for the varied needs of the Renault employees, most of them having an urban orientation and higher education degrees.

The area is part of the county of Dambovita, with a total population of some 550,000.
The PUZ (Plan Urbanistic Zonal) already approved for the project allow the building of some 645,000 square meters, according to the following division:
