Ofir Project
Ofir Project is located on road DN7 roughly 500 meters from the entrance to the Renault Global Design Center plant in SALCUTA beside the town of TITU.
The plot is 8 hectares (80 Dunam or 19.8 acres) opening ~ 200 sq/meters to the road. The area has an approved urbanization program (PUZ - Plan Urbanistic Zonal).
The plan concept is designed to create an urban and cultured community in the rural Titu area and provides a solution for the varied needs of the Renault employees, most of them having an urban orientation and higher education degrees.
The PUZ program allows for construction of the following structures:
- 50 ground level units (villa or duplex) on a 5824 sq/meter plot
- 10 residential buildings of 3 stories.
- 11 residential buildings of 7 stories.
- 4 commercial and industrial structures of 1 to 2 stories.
- An adjacent gas station and store/restaurant
There is an option to change the designation of certain structures from residential to hotel-tourism oriented. The project plan also includes an abundance of parking areas, green areas and sports fields.
Gas, electric, water and sewage infrastructures are located close enough to the project to significantly lower development costs.
